  • We give you real experience of each practice you learn from us. The knowledge is not merely intellectual, it is also self intuitively gained.

Traditional Yoga is more than fitness

  • We teach from the basics and guide you through the advanced practices to ensure that you thoroughly understand the benefits, variations and contraindications of each practice of asana, pranayama, bandha, mudra, shatkarma, yoga nidra and meditation.
  • We focus on energy flow and awareness in the practice, rather than mechanical performance of asanas as physical exercises or exhibition of difficult postures with no regard to proper warm-up or counter-poses.
  • Although we show you different practice sequences for achieving different purposes or different energy flows, we will not compel you to follow specific asana sequences. Instead, we equip you with the knowledge, skills and techniques to design proper sequences and lead classes for students of different age groups, different levels and different body types. You can teach your students according to their readiness in a safe mode to avoid injuries caused by aggressive or incorrect practices.
  • We aim at training you to lead group and private classes showing equal respect to each student. In addition to asana sequences, you will also learn how to incorporate proper practice of pranayama and meditation in classes, how to lead self-practice classes, deep relaxation practices and silent practices, and yogic cleansing techniques.

  • We show you the methods of keeping up good and positive energy as a yoga teacher, instead of letting you drain energy in classes.
  • We design a self-practice sequence for opening up chakras step by step, keeping up your energy level and improving your teaching skills.
  • We demonstrate ashram-style practices as well as city-style practices and show you how to apply ancient yogic techniques to modern practice.
  • We highlight the difference between humble teaching and aggressive teaching, the difference between gym training and yoga class management and the difference between boring class and energetic class. You can make a wise choice.
  • We help you develop the proper skills to implement proper time management, control voice and rhythm, minimize talking, make proper adjustments to poses and manage students of different mindsets in classes.
  • We make you aware of the importance of self-practice, deep relaxation and concentration. You will enjoy a healthy and peaceful living for being a lifetime yoga practitioner.
