PRIVATE YOGA PROGRAM
All practices are in one-on-one or private group (up to 4 persons) settings. We provide personalized guidance for students to learn step by step. By following our approach, students can progress in yoga practice at their own pace. They are also free from any disturbance to their body and mind caused by incorrect practices.
We will provide each student with a practice sequence for home practice. Self-practice helps improve the student’s awareness, develop self-discipline and reflect on one’s own experience for progressing into higher levels of practice.
Online private yoga classes are available in the comfort of your home, anywhere in the world. We will guide you through step by step to develop your home practice and design a personal self-practice sequence exclusively for you.

We design personalized programs to help students’ yoga practice according to individual needs. The teacher will teach according to the student’s readiness and specific focus on the practice as required by the student.
The students can choose asana based fitness program, weight management program, stress management program or other programs that are tailored to their needs.
Indian Traditional Yoga Certificate Course
We will bring you back to the source and roots of all modern yoga practices and teach you the ancient yogic techniques originated from India.
The certificate course is a structured program. It covers three levels of practice and theories of Indian traditional yoga. All beginners, advanced practitioners of modern styles of yoga and yoga instructors are welcome to join.
